IPL
Intense Pulsed Light
Intense Pulsed Light is applied to the skin using the Lumenis M22 device for discolouration in red or brown pigment.
IPL can effectively treat redness from broken capillaries caused by rosacea or telangiectasia and cherry angiomas. Hyperpigmentation such as sun spots, freckles and melasma are effectively targeted using different settings. Collagen production is also stimulated, and texture and pore appearance can be improved.
