IPL
Intense Pulsed Light
Intense Pulsed Light is applied to the skin using the Lumenis M22 device for discolouration of the skin including redness and sun damage.
IPL can effectively treat redness from broken capillaries caused by rosacea or telangiectasia. IPL also effectively targets hyperpigmentation such as sun spots, age spots and certain cases of melasma. Collagen production is also stimulated, and texture and pore appearance can be improved.
