Brooke Blackmore Administrative & Public Relations Coordinator

Brooke Blackmore

Administrative & Public Relations Coordinator

Brooke's smiling face greets our patients when they arrive at our Calgary plastic surgery practice. She's been an integral part of our team since 2011, and her personable, friendly nature helps puts patients at ease. Brooke wears multiple hats on a typical day at the office, including handling our social media presence online. Outside of the office, she likes spending time with her boyfriend Daryl and stays active walking, biking, camping, and skiing. She also enjoys playing with her Golden Retriever.

"I love knowing how happy our patients are, whether it's a mom of 3 kids who just had a mommy makeover or a construction worker who injured his hand on a job site and underwent reconstructive plastic surgery. It's pretty cool to see the joy in people after a life-changing surgery."

Yasmine Taylor

Our patients, surgeons, and other team members value Yasmine's 20 years of experience working for private plastic surgery practice surgeons and other team members. She combines compassion with her knowledge to give patients peace of mind as their surgical day approaches. Yasmine organizes the daily operations of the surgical suite and consistently looks for ways to enhance the patient experience. She loves to see the increased confidence of women and men who undergo aesthetic surgery with Dr. Whidden, Dr. Humphreys or Dr. Byers. Yasmine and her husband, Keith, have two children and like camping together. She also enjoys painting and photography.

"It's very fulfilling to hear patients say that I made them less nervous and put them at ease, and knowing I helped create a positive experience for them."

Jenna-May Jamieson Patient Care Coordinator

Jenna-May Jamieson

Surgical Coordinator

Jenna-May joined Macleod Trail Plastic Surgery in 2008, and she books consultations and surgeries for Dr. Whidden, Dr. Humphreys and Dr. Byers. Patients and other team members rely on Jenna-May as a valuable resource, thanks to her experience and versatility. She likes helping patients decide whether to pursue a procedure they may have been thinking about for years. Jenna-May enjoys camping outdoors with her husband, Connor, and their sons when she's not at the office. Unfortunately, two knee surgeries curtailed her baseball-playing days.

"I love where I work. Everyone works well with each other and is supportive. It's such a privilege to be part of a team that can change someone's life in such a positive way."
