Dermaplaning
DERMAPLANING
Dermaplaning is a form of exfoliation that uses a specialized scalpel to gently remove the top layer of dulling, dead skin cells, as well as fine facial hair, or "peach fuzz". This helps to improve the smoothness, aids in enhanced penetration of skincare products, improves the overall radiance of the skin, and enhances the appearance of makeup application.
No downtime.
Medical Grade Peels
AlumierMD Medical Grade Peels
These advanced medical grade peels are formulated to address specific concerns from fine lines and wrinkles to acne prone skin. Three to six sessions are generally recommended in intervals of 2-4 weeks apart, depending on peel type and skin concern. Maintenance peels are generally recommended every three months. Your Medical Aesthetician will select a peel or series of peels appropriate for your skin needs. A post-peel skincare kit is provided (value of $48).
Downtime typically ranges from 1-5 days, with varied levels of mild peeling and redness.
AlumierMD Renew 30 Peel
Best suited for treating: Hyperpigmentation, Uneven Skin Tone, Dull Skin, Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Renew 30 is an alpha hydroxy acid resurfacing peel containing lactic acid to exfoliate dead skin cells, boost cell turnover and stimulate collagen, to improve skin texture and tone. This multifunctional peel targets multiple skin conditions, including fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, sun damage and large pores. A great choice for first-timers or clients with sensitive skin. A great peel to start with!
AlumierMD BHA 20 Peel
Best suited for treating: Acne, Congestion
This peel contains salicylic acid and lactic acid for excellent pore penetration and exfoliation. Salicylic acid penetrates into the pore and exfoliates dead skin cells and excess sebum which creates congestion. Lactic acid exfoliates, smooths, and hydrates. Simultaneously, eucalyptus provides strong astringent properties for clearing the skin. Together, they work to smooth the skin, reduce acne, break up congestion to prevent future breakouts, and minimize appearance of pores.
AlumierMD Glow Peel
Best suited for treating: Dry, Dehydrated, Normal, Oily, Acne, Hyperpigmentation & Aging
The Glow Peel is a multipurpose resurfacing treatment that combines the powers of 7% salicylic acid , 7% lactic acid, and 7% resorcinol, soy amino acids, and oligopeptide to improve the signs of aging and hyperpigmentation with less downtime. Best suited to address hyperpigmentation, fine lines, exfoliation, and overall rejuvenation and glow.
AlumierMD Power Glow Peel
Best suited for treating: Dry, Dehydrated, Normal, Oily, Acne, Hyperpigmentation & Aging
The Power Glow contains the same ingredients as the Glow Peel, but at more potent concentrations—14% salicylic acid, 14% lactic acid, and 14% resorcinol. The Power Glow Peel is able to tackle a range of skin concerns including hyperpigmentation and sun damage, fine lines, large pore appearance, and uneven texture and dullness. It’s the perfect peel for patients who have experience with chemical peels and are looking to restore their skin’s natural brightness and glow.
AlumierMD AHA DUO
Best suited for treating: Fine lines, Hyperpigmentation, Dullness
Combining 10% glycolic acid for deeper exfoliation and 20% lactic acid for brightening and hydration, this AHA peel is a great choice for normal/combination skin that requires a balanced exfoliation.
ZO Red Carpet Peel
Best suited for treating: Fine lines, Hyperpigmentation, Dullness
Known as the "Red Carpet Peel" for being popular among celebrities before important events, this peel is gentle but effective at resurfacing the skin with limited visible peeling. It will improve the texture and tone of the skin, while softening fine lines and discoloration. This service is considered a hybrid between a facial and a gentle chemical peel.
Microneedling
Microneedling
Microneedling, also referred to as collagen induction therapy, is a non-ablative skin procedure effective for treating fine lines and wrinkles, mild scarring, skin texture, and provides mild to moderate hyperpigmentation improvement in some patients. The microneedling device has fine, sterile needles that create microchannels into the skin, stimulating new collagen and elastin production and aid in infusing therapeutic serums into the skin following treatment. A series of three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is generally recommend.
Downtime is moderate, with redness and tenderness for approximately 3 days post-procedure, with complete healing of the skin complete within one week of the treatment.
Targeted Treatments
SKIN MEDICA TNS MASK
This is the first masque on the market containing TNS (Tissue Nutrient Solution). The TNS hydrating masque introduces the skin to human growth factor, soluble collagens, matrix proteins and anti-oxidants, all of which are designed to help rejuvenate sun damaged skin and increase skin hydration levels.
ALUMIERMD ENZYME RETEXTURING TREATMENT
Utilizing fruit enzymes to effectively digest dead skin cells, resurface the skin, and promote cell renewal, this is applied as an additional mask during your facial for the ultimate glow.
RESTORATIVE EYE TREATMENT
Your eyes are not only the window to your soul, they are often the first areas to show signs of aging. This restorative eye mask and lymphatic drainage massage is specifically formulated to help reduce inflammation and puffiness and impart hydration.
HIGH FREQUENCY TREATMENT
A gentle device is used to oxygenate the skin using targeted thermal energy. Effective for killing acne bacteria, boosting collagen production and glow.
